Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: $5.00 (Free for orders over $150)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

International Shipping

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping services and hope to offer international shipping soon. Please check back for updates.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• SimplyFrisco™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Issues

Returns and Exchanges

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
