Return Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Returns Process

1. Initiate a Return:

   • To start a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

2. Packaging:

   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and extras that were included. 

3. Shipping:

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Inspection:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
